About the Role:

We are hiring a result-driven Banca Sales Officer to work through branch banking channels. The role focuses on driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving business growth through effective cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with assigned bank branches to generate sales
Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance/financial solutions
Build strong relationships with bank staff and clients
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Ensure smooth customer service and after-sales support

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory
1–3 years of experience in BFSI sales preferred
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
