The Banca Manager is responsible for driving the growth of insurance sales through strategic partnerships with banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with banks to boost insurance product sales.
- Train and empower bank staff to effectively sell insurance solutions.
- Set and track sales targets for the banca channel, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility within the banking network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or bancassurance.
- In-depth knowledge of the banking and insurance industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
