Summary:

We are hiring a Banca Sales Officer to drive sales of insurance products through branch banking channels. The role focuses on building strong relationships with bank staff and customers while achieving business targets.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell insurance products in assigned bank branches
Build and maintain healthy customer and branch relationships
Understand client needs and offer suitable financial solutions
Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals

Requirements:

Graduate with 1–3 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred)
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Target-driven with a proven sales track record
