Job Description

Position: Banca Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹3.50 LPA
Industry: Insurance – Banca Channel
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in life insurance/banking sales

Key Responsibilities:

Drive life insurance sales through bank branch walk-ins and leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
Conduct product presentations and generate business
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Profile:

Graduate (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or BFSI sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
