Job Title: Banking Sales Officer – Banca Channel
CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA + Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Banking Sales Officer to drive sales through our banca channel. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, promoting banking & insurance products, and consistently achieving business targets in collaboration with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through banca partners to meet assigned targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking & insurance solutions.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in BFSI sales preferred (freshers with a strong interest in sales may apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
