The role involves promoting insurance products, developing strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers, and achieving consistent sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of insurance and financial products through assigned bank branches
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with branch staff and clients
Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their financial goals
Ensure seamless customer experience and post-sales service
Consistently achieve monthly sales, revenue, and business development targets
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management

Requirements:

Graduate with 1–3 years of proven sales experience (BFSI domain preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
Good market knowledge and customer-centric approach
