Job Description
The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for driving insurance sales through bank branches by managing relationships between the bank and the insurance company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute bancassurance sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Train and motivate bank personnel to promote insurance products effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design campaigns and promotions.
- Resolve customer and partner issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits to ensure operational excellence.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
