Hiring: Banca Channel Officer
Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA

Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Banca Channel Officer to manage and grow business through partner bank branches. The role involves relationship management with bank staff, generating life insurance business, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with bank branch teams

• Drive insurance sales through banca channel

• Support bank staff with product training and joint calls

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Ensure quality business and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI / Life Insurance (Banca preferred)

• Graduation mandatory

• Strong communication and sales skills
