About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented Bancassurance Channel Development Manager to drive sales and manage distribution channels in Godhra. This role focuses on business growth, channel development, and ensuring consistent performance across bancassurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage bancassurance distribution channels to achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationships with banking partners and other channel stakeholders.
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to drive performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare reports on channel performance and sales activities.
Requirements:
Graduate (mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in BFSI, insurance, or bancassurance sales.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Knowledge of Godhra market is an advantage.
