Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking / Finance / Insurance Sales
Graduation is mandatory
Good communication and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

Drive insurance business through bancassurance channel (bank branch tie-ups)
Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate consistent leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide support and solutions to customers for their insurance needs
Ensure excellent customer service and policy servicing
