Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Channel Development Manager – Bancassurance to drive sales and strengthen relationships with banking partners in Mumbai. The role involves business development, relationship management, and ensuring smooth coordination between the bank and the insurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate business.
Drive sales of insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
Train and motivate bank staff to achieve sales targets.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain high service standards.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Report performance metrics and market insights to management.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (BFSI experience preferred).
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and achieve business targets.
Good career stability will be an added advantage.
