Job Summary:
We are hiring a Channel Development Manager for the Bancassurance channel across Western Line locations. The role focuses on managing bank partnerships, driving business growth, and ensuring consistent target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow business through assigned bank branches

• Build strong relationships with branch managers and key stakeholders

• Drive insurance sales and achieve monthly targets

• Support and train bank staff on products and processes

• Ensure smooth coordination between bank and company

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in BFSI / Bancassurance sales

• Graduation mandatory

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Target-driven approach
