Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Channel Development Manager to lead and expand bancassurance partnerships in Vadodara. You will focus on strengthening relationships with banks and driving insurance sales through these channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage bancassurance partnerships with assigned bank branches
Identify new business opportunities within the bancassurance channel
Lead sales teams to achieve targets and improve productivity
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for bank staff and sales team
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in bancassurance or BFSI
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of managing and growing channel partnerships
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Results-driven with a strategic approach
