Position: Sales Officer – Bancassurance Channel
Location: Bodeli
CTC: Up to 3.75 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate life insurance business through partner bank branches

• Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff

• Achieve monthly sales targets through referrals and joint calls

• Conduct customer meetings and close insurance sales

• Support bank staff with product training and sales activities

• Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BFSI / Life Insurance sales (Banca preferred)

• Graduation mandatory

• Good communication and relationship management skills

• Target-driven and customer-focused approach
