Job Description

  • Locations: Bangalore

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Life Insurance Sales
  • Position: Bancassurance Executive

This role involves managing the relationship with bank branches and driving life insurance business through them. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in life insurance sales and a strong ability to manage and motivate channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plans and achieve business targets through bank partnerships
  • Build strong working relationships with partner bank staff
  • Lead, train, and motivate bank personnel to generate leads and close sales
  • Upsell and cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistent productivity
  • Track and review sales plans and performance of bank partners
  • Collect and act on feedback from partners and customers to improve service delivery
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure high levels of partner engagement

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive performance through indirect channel partners
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and sales processes
