This role involves managing the relationship with bank branches and driving life insurance business through them. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in life insurance sales and a strong ability to manage and motivate channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales plans and achieve business targets through bank partnerships
- Build strong working relationships with partner bank staff
- Lead, train, and motivate bank personnel to generate leads and close sales
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistent productivity
- Track and review sales plans and performance of bank partners
- Collect and act on feedback from partners and customers to improve service delivery
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure high levels of partner engagement
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive performance through indirect channel partners
- Strong understanding of insurance products and sales processes
