Job Summary:

We are hiring a Bancassurance Sales Officer to drive insurance business through leading bank branches. The role involves building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and ensuring sales targets are met through effective banking channel management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Drive sales of life insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
Generate leads and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with company and bank policies.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1 to 3 years of sales experience in BFSI/Insurance preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
