Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

– Establishing meetings and making cold calls to sales managers in order to generate leads.

– In order to offer VoIP services (B2B), reach out to potential clients via cold calling and making outbound phone calls.

– Preserve a pool of potential customers who meet the qualifications.

– Adhere to client correspondence. Note down the needs and desires of potential clients.

– Give consumers all the help and direction they need to understand the services.

– Handle any client complaints and ensure that they are settled promptly and in accordance with the specified parameters.

– Sending proposals to clients and checking in with them about unpaid bills.

– Verify the highest calibre of customer satisfaction in a single phone conversation.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is Mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing

– Good communication Skills
