Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
– To find possible clients, create and implement lead generating tactics.
– Generate quality leads by utilising a variety of channels, such as industry networks and internet platforms.
– Optimise lead generation initiatives by working together with the marketing team.
– Take charge of and oversee an inside sales staff that is dedicated on converting leads.
– Provide direction on efficient lead nurturing tactics and establish explicit goals for lead conversion.
– Host frequent training sessions to improve the group’s abilities in lead conversion.
– Construct and carry out successful lead-based inside sales tactics.
– Determine patterns and chances for higher conversion rates by analysing lead data.
– Assist the marketing and sales departments in coordinating tactics to get the most out of them.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
