Positions and Obligations:
• To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, cultivate and develop relationships with customers.
• Reach out to potential clients and market banking goods and services.
• Achieve sales objectives and help the team reach its objectives.
• Produce leads via direct referrals, events, and digital marketing initiatives, among other marketing channels.
• Perform an analysis of the financial demands of the client and suggest suitable solutions.
• Handle complaints and enquiries in a professional manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, legal requirements, and the newest banking goods and services.
• Ascertain adherence to all rules, guidelines, and protocols, both internal and external.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
