Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

• In charge of answering calls and communicating with clients and sales representatives on a daily basis.

• Total sales via phone calls.

• Only interested and hot leads should be called

• Must be motivated by revenue targets and have a passion for sales and cold calling.

• Follow up with both new and returning clients on a regular basis.

• Follow up on leads and enquiries consistently in order to increase sales.

• Meet goals and follow SOPs every month.

• Have a strong sense of interpersonal communication.

• Follow up with prospects assiduously and complete transactions within the sales cycle.

• The capacity to function under the manageable pressure of sales.

• Monitoring individual performance on a regular basis while simultaneously improving group performance.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
