Job Description

Tekpillar is in search of a Bancassurance manager with expertise. Assessing performance and formulating strategies. creating long-lasting relationships with clients and staff. ensuring that every employee manages their time well. observing the organization’s guidelines, instructions, and policies and ensuring that staff members do the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Complies with organizational procedures and policies.
Lead-Based Task Management both current and potential clients of our channel partner.
Establish and preserve a rapport with your group and channel partner.
Create leads with your channel partner, then follow up on them.
Pre- and post-purchase assistance.
Forward leads to the outbound sales team, if appropriate.
Desired Candidate Profile
CANDIDATE PROFILE:-

Qualification:- Any Graduate.
CTC:- Up to 4 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits
Experience:- It requires one year of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance in addition to two years of documented job experience.
Age:- 21 to 38 Years
