Job Description
We are seeking for experience Bancassurance manager who can reach more and customers in our team!
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve bancassurance sales targets.
- Work closely with the product development team to tailor insurance products that meet the needs of banking customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and metrics to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of bancassurance sales executives and support staff.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements:-
- Candidate should be local.
- Experience:- field sales and marketing of insurance/BFSI
- Age:- 21-38 years
