Job Description
The Bancassurance Manager works with bank branches to sell insurance products by building relationships with staff, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibility 

• Sell insurance products through the bank’s network and achieve sales targets.
• Identify potential customers using the bank’s database.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and management.
• Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
• Recommend suitable insurance products and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualification & Experience: 

• A graduate degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, Insurance sales.
• 3+ Year residential or Native.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
