A Bancassurance manager is responsible for driving insurance sales through bank partners by building strong relationships, training bank staff, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with bank branches.
- Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Achieve sales targets through the bank channel.
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops for engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatorily.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services.
- Strong communication, relationship management and sales skills.
