A Bancassurance Manager involves working with banks and insurance companies to sell insurance products to bank customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Provide insurance advice to customers and help them choose financial products.
- Conduct financial assessments to understand customers’ needs.
- Close sales and meet sales targets.
- Coach sales techniques to bank employees.
- Handle customer and employee escalations and grievances.
Qualification and Experience:
- You have to complete the Graduation.
- At Least 2+ years’ experience in banking and insurance sales and marketing.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
