Job Description 
A Bancassurance Manager involves working with banks and insurance companies to sell insurance products to bank customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Provide insurance advice to customers and help them choose financial products.
• Conduct financial assessments to understand customers’ needs.
• Close sales and meet sales targets.
• Coach sales techniques to bank employees.
• Handle customer and employee escalations and grievances.

Qualification and Experience: 

• You have to complete the Graduation.
• At Least 2+ years’ experience in banking and insurance sales and marketing.
• 3+ years in native or residential.
