A Bancassurance Manager helps sell insurance through banks, working with both the bank and insurance companies to boost sales and improve customer service.

Roles and responsibilities: 

• Sell insurance through bank branches.
• Plan and manage how to sell insurance with the bank.
• Work with bank and insurance teams to hit sales goals.
• Teach bank staff about insurance products.
• Build good relationships with the bank and insurance companies.
• Promote insurance to customers.
• Track sales results and see what’s working.

Qualification and Experience: 

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2+ years’ experience in banking and insurance sales.
• 3+ years in native or residential.
• Excellent knowledge of banking and insurance.
