Job Summary:
The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for managing and growing the insurance business through the bank’s branch network. Acting as a bridge between the insurance company and the banking partner, the Bancassurance Manager drives insurance product sales, trains bank staff, develops strategic plans to meet revenue targets, and ensures a smooth operational process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive insurance product sales through bank branches.
- Meet and exceed assigned targets (premium, number of policies, customer conversion).
- Develop and execute sales plans specific to bank branches under management.
- Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Coordinate with the bank’s regional or zonal offices for alignment on sales objectives.
- Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth collaboration between the bank and insurer.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 to 4 Year experience in Sales and Marketing and 2 years experience in BFSI required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
