Job Summary:
The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for selling insurance products through the bank’s network by building relationships with staff and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive insurance sales and meet sales targets through the bank’s network.
- Identify potential customers using the bank’s database.
- Build strong relationships with bank staff and management.
- Train and support bank employees in lead generation and closing sales.
- Provide suitable product recommendations and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate degree required.
- At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in banking or insurance.
- 3+ years of residential/native experience in the area.
- Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
