Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager with experience in insurance and banking to join our Banca Channel team. The role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with Banca partners to maximize insurance sales.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking channel.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide guidance and support to clients on insurance products.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, banking, or Banca channel.

• Strong understanding of insurance products, financial solutions, and banking operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
