Job Overview:

We are looking for a Bancassurance Officer to work closely with bank branches. You will help customers with financial solutions and ensure smooth coordination with the bank team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work from assigned bank branches to interact with customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable financial products
Build strong relationships with bank staff for lead generation
Follow up with customers and ensure excellent service
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Graduation is required
1–3 years of experience in field sales, BFSI, or similar customer-facing roles
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented and ready to work with a bank team
