We are looking for a Bancassurance Officer to manage and grow life insurance business through bank branches. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth policy servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Educate customers on product offerings and assist with policy applications.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in BFSI (Banking/Finance/Insurance) preferred.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
