CTC: Up to ₹3.25 LPA
Department: Banca Sales – Insurance Sector

Job Role:

Manage and grow insurance sales through bank branches
Build strong working relationships with bank staff to generate leads
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure policy conversion
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI
Prior experience in bancassurance is preferred
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and self-driven
