As a Bancassurance Relationship Manager, your role will focus on leveraging your relationship-building skills to drive the sale of insurance products within a bank’s branch network. You’ll work directly with bank staff and management, empowering them to identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients to drive insurance sales.
- Sell insurance products through the bank’s network to new and existing customers.
- Train, motivate, and guide bank employees to generate leads and successfully close sales.
- Analyze customer data from the bank to identify potential prospects and tailor offerings.
- Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on individual customer needs.
- Provide top-tier customer service and assist with any product-related queries or concerns.
- Ensure all sales processes and customer interactions are well documented and tracked.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate degree (required).
- 2+ years of sales experience in any industry.
- 3+ years of residence or native experience in the region.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and banking operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
