Job Description:
As a Bancassurance Relationship Manager, your role will focus on leveraging your relationship-building skills to drive the sale of insurance products within a bank’s branch network. You’ll work directly with bank staff and management, empowering them to identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients to drive insurance sales.
  • Sell insurance products through the bank’s network to new and existing customers.
  • Train, motivate, and guide bank employees to generate leads and successfully close sales.
  • Analyze customer data from the bank to identify potential prospects and tailor offerings.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on individual customer needs.
  • Provide top-tier customer service and assist with any product-related queries or concerns.
  • Ensure all sales processes and customer interactions are well documented and tracked.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate degree (required).
  • 2+ years of sales experience in any industry.
  • 3+ years of residence or native experience in the region.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and banking operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
