Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Bancassurance team in Surat. The role involves driving life insurance sales through bank partners by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving set business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with bank branch staff to generate leads and business.
Drive sales of life insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance and deliver high service standards.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory.
2 to 4 years of sales experience.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
