We are looking for a Bancassurance Sales professional to drive life insurance business through bank partners. The role focuses on branch-based sales, customer engagement, and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with bank branch teams to generate and convert leads.
Promote and sell life insurance products to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company and bank guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of Life Insurance.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
