Job Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced Banca Channel Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the growth of our sales team within the banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key banking partners, developing and executing effective sales plans, and ensuring the team consistently exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets within the Banca Channel.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the banking sector to foster collaboration and mutual success.
· Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
· Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product and service offerings that align with the unique requirements of the Banca Channel.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
· Proven track record in financial services sales with a focus on the Banca Channel.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a results-oriented sales team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth knowledge of banking products, regulations, and industry trends.
