Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Corporate Agency Manager to oversee our Banca channel.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategies to expand the corporate agency business through the Banca channel

– Manage relationships with bank partners and identify opportunities for collaboration to achieve business goals

– Drive and monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention within the banca channel

– Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets and provide excellent customer service

– Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to ensure they are up-to-date on products, processes, and sales techniques

– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention through the banca channel

– Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

– min. 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

– Proven track record of driving sales and managing relationships in the banca channel

– Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

– In-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements

Who Should Apply:

2. Min. 2+ years of field sales experience needed.

3. Up to 3.50 LPA + incentive + Other Benefit

4. Strong communication & sales skills are essential.

5. A bike and a valid license are required.
