Our company is seeking for Bancassurance sales manager who can leading financial institution that offers a wide range of banking and insurance products!

Roles and responsibilities:-

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve bancassurance sales targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
and execute sales plans, including product positioning, sales tactics, and promotional activities.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of bancassurance sales professionals.
Set performance goals, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Candidate requirements:-

Any graduate
Candidate should be local.
Experience :- field sales and marketing of insurance/ BFSI
Age :- 21 -38 years
