Bancassurance sales Manager

Job Description

The jobholder will work closely with the Bancassurance Principal Officer to grow the revenue of the Bank through Bancassurance commission income from selling General insurance products of partner insurance companies to bank customers.

Roles and responsibilities:

Recruit, screen and train new agents.
Analyse performance and drawing up action plans.
Research current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Be able to speak English.
Data analysis report.
Candidate Requirement:

-Minimum 1 years experience in BFSI and 6 month life insurance.

-Education: Any Graduate.

-Knowledge of insurance products and services.

-AGE : 21 to 38 Years.
