Job Description

We are looking for a Bancassurance Sales Manager who can develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Lead, Train and manage a team.

Role & Reasonability  

• Achieve sales targets within defined timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at partner banks to effectively promote insurance products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.

Requirement 

• Ability to maintain good relationships with channel partners.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills
• Age 23 to 38
• Graduate With total 3+Yrs of Sales Exp and 2 years of insurance experience.

CTC 2.75 to 3.5 LP + incentive + bonus
