Job Description
Key responsibilities:
-Plan and begin carrying out initiatives to improve the bancassurance channel.
-Create and sustain excellent relationships with bank partners.
-Work with banking to find sales possibilities and provide customised insurance products.
-Train and advise bank employees on product understanding and sales tactics.
-Monitor and analyse the success of sales, delivering frequent reports and insights.
-Fix any challenges or concerns raised by bank partners or clients.
– guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and company rules and regulations.
Requirement:
-At least one year’s experience in any field of sales and marketing
-Qualification- Graduation required.
-CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefits
-Age: 21 to 38 years.
