A Bancassurance Sales Manager at HDFC Life is typically responsible for driving the sales of insurance products through the bank’s branch network and relationship managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales targets for life insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners.
- Drive customer acquisition through the bank network, ensuring quality lead generation and conversion.
- Lead a team of sales officers or executives, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune the sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Graduation compulsory
- 2+ year experience in field sales management and BFSI
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
