Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Bancassurance Sales Manager, you will work alongside bank branches to drive the sale of insurance products through effective relationship building, product training, and strategic planning. Your role is integral to achieving business goals by empowering bank staff to generate leads and deliver excellent customer service while promoting the right insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with bank branches to promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers.
  • Build strong relationships with bank staff to ensure effective sales collaboration and goal alignment.
  • Identify potential clients through the bank’s customer database and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to bank employees to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by recommending suitable insurance policies tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, leads, and customer interactions for future follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate degree (mandatory).
  • At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in banking or insurance.
  • 3+ years of residence or native experience in the area.
  • Strong understanding of insurance and banking operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
