Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Bancassurance Sales Manager in Thane to drive insurance product sales through banking channels. The role involves managing relationships with bank partners, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell insurance products through partner banks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide training and support to bank staff for better product penetration.
Track performance metrics and report updates to management.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance or BFSI sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Good career stability will be preferred.
