Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new CASA customers through field visits and branch activities.
- Generate leads from open market, references, and local networking.
- Cross-sell other banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance.
- Provide clear information about banking services to customers and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates can apply.
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to do field sales and branch-based activities.
