Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Bank Partnership Manager to drive insurance sales through partner bank branches. The role involves managing relationships, training bank staff, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote life insurance via bank branches
Build and maintain strong partner relationships
Support and train bank staff on product sales
Meet sales and activity targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/Finance/Marketing
3–5 years of insurance or bank channel sales experience
Strong local market knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Local language fluency preferred
