Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Banking & Finance Sales Professional to promote and sell banking products including Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Investment Solutions. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for banking and financial products
- Promote products like personal loans, home loans, credit cards, insurance, and mutual funds
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Report sales activities and market feedback to management
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented with a passion for sales
- Knowledge of local languages (Gujarati, Hindi) is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
