Overview:
Help customers by understanding their financial needs and offering them the right banking products. Build long-term relationships and assist customers in achieving their financial goals.

Principal Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their financial needs.
Suggest banking products like savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and spot new opportunities.
Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with banking rules and company policies.

Conditions:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in banking, sales, or customer service is a plus but not necessary.
Knowledge of financial products like loans and savings accounts.
Able to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
Good organization skills.
