Position: Banking Executive (On-Roll)
CTC: ₹2.39– ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)
• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as loans, insurance, and credit cards
• Conduct field visits to generate leads and ensure customer acquisition
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (any stream) – Freshers welcome
• Age: 21–30 years
  Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivatedMust be comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction
