Job Description

Role Overview:
We are hiring for a Field Sales Executive role in our Banking/Financial Services team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business through direct customer interactions, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region of Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:
Source new customers for banking/financial products such as savings accounts, credit cards, insurance, loans, etc.
Conduct regular market visits and client meetings
Educate and explain financial product features to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance as per banking guidelines
Collaborate with branch staff and back-end teams for smooth processing
Provide post-sales service and customer support

Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
Good understanding of financial/banking products
Confidence in fieldwork and cold calling
Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and reporting
